125 SHOW 2018

The 125 SHOW 2018 is open to all artists living within a 125-mile radius around Plano, Texas. Artists may submit up to 3 works across three categories: 2-D Artwork, 3-D Artworks, and Printmaking/Photography (Traditional & Digital). Entry fee is $35 for the first work and $35 for each additional work. PAA members receive a 25% discount with a coupon code. Work samples must include 1-3 images.

Awards will be presented in each category with first place ($500), second place ($300), and third place ($150), plus a Best of Show award ($1,000). A Peoples' Choice Award and Certificates of Merit will also be presented. The show runs from June 20 through July 30, 2018, at Eisemann Center, 2351 Performance Dr., Richardson, TX 75082. The Reception and Awards Presentation is Friday, July 13, 2018 (7:00-9:00 p.m.).

Artwork must be original and not previously entered in a 125 Show. Maximum 3-D dimensions must fit through a standard doorway; 2-D frame size must not exceed 36" in width. All wall-hanging works must be wired with screw eyes or D-rings, ready to hang. Each piece must be labeled with artist name and title. Artwork delivery is Monday, June 18, 2018 (2:00-7:00 p.m.). Pick-up is Monday, July 30, 2018 (2:00-7:00 p.m.). The Plano Art Association does not handle shipping or pay shipping expenses. A 30% commission will be retained on all sales.
