11th Annual Abstract Sanctuary

Abstract Sanctuary is the 11th annual virtual exhibition hosted by Verum Ultimum Art Gallery. The competition is open to all 2D and 3D artists, national and international, working in painting, drawing, photography, graphics, digital art, and sculpture. Entrants must be 18 years of age or older.

Selected artists will be featured in a virtual group exhibition on the Verum Ultimum Art Gallery website, including an exhibition page and virtual viewing galleries that display work in scale. Artists will also be featured in online blog posts, with social media promotion for 5 weeks. The exhibition opens in mid-February 2024 and runs for a minimum of 5 weeks. Works may be offered for sale or designated as exhibition only (NFS). The gallery takes a 25% commission on all sales and provides prepaid shipping labels when work sells. An exhibition book will be produced and retained in the Verum Ultimum library.

Submissions require a minimum of 2 images and a maximum of 6 images in digital JPG format. Entry fee is $25 for 2 images, with an additional $5 for each image over the minimum. Artists will be notified of acceptance or non-acceptance by email no later than February 10, 2024. Artists retain all copyrights to their work. Selected images may be used by Verum Ultimum for promotional purposes on printed materials and the gallery website only.
