About This Call
Gallery 110's 10th Annual International Juried Exhibition will showcase work by emerging and established artists from February 6–29, 2020. The gallery's location in Seattle's Pioneer Square gallery district offers artists the opportunity to have their work viewed by patrons of First Thursday Art Walk.
This international juried exhibition is open to artists 18 years of age and older. Artwork may be in any two or three-dimensional media and must be original works created in the previous five years. Submissions may include 3–20 images, up to 6 audio files, and up to 6 video files. The entry fee is $40 for three entries, with an additional $10 per extra piece. Payment must be in US dollars and is non-refundable. Juror: Amanda Donnan, Curator, Frye Art Museum, Seattle, WA.
Finalists' work will be displayed at the gallery from February 6–29, 2020. Awards include first, second, and third-place prizes of $1,000, $500, and $300, plus a "People's Choice" award of $200. Two-dimensional artwork must be mounted with hanging wire or other hanging apparatus and ready for the wall. Artwork weighing more than 35 pounds requires prior contact with the Director. Entries must be for sale with a 50% gallery commission deducted from sales. Artists grant permission to Gallery 110 to reproduce accepted artwork for promotional uses in printed and electronic forms. Selected artists are responsible for framing and delivery of work by February 1, 2020. Shipping, delivery, and return charges are the artist's responsibility. Finalists will be notified by email and must return signed, dated, and scanned consignment agreements within 7 days.
