2nd Annual DMV Exhibit

A submission fee of $25 is required for each artist submitting up to 5 works. Submission fees are non-refundable, but they are tax-deductible. Please use payment link above to pay. Add the Application Fee to your cart and check out. Your email address will be saved. Once you have paid, fill out the application at the link below - please use the same email address so we can connect the applications with the payment. No applications will be reviewed without payment.

Be prepared to upload up to 5 jpegs, 300dpi, labeled: Last name, First name _ title _ size _ medium. As well as a brief biography/artist statement.

All works must be for sale.

The artist is responsible for all arrangements, costs, and execution of the delivery and pickup of artwork to and from Calloway Fine Art & Consulting. In-person delivery is preferred.

All artworks in the exhibition must remain on site throughout the entire exhibition.

All works submitted must be complete and may not be exhibited if the work that arrives differs from the image submitted.

Any accepted artwork will not, by any exception, be exhibited if not exhibition-ready upon drop-off. This means all work must be ready to hang with D-rings and wire - no saw tooth hangers.

Sales
CFAC will receive a 50% commission on all artwork sold. CFCA will pay the artist 50% of the retail price of sold artwork within 30 days of the close of the exhibition. All artwork must be for sale and priced at a fair market value, and prices reported in the submission should take into consideration the commission split. All titles, mediums, and prices provided in the application will remain final.
