The 35th Cranberry Festival of Fine Arts and Crafts on Farnsworth

The Downtown Bordentown Association is proud to sponsor the 35th Annual Cranberry Festival of Fine Arts and Crafts on Farnsworth, in historic Bordentown City, N.J.

DATE: Saturday, October 4th and Sunday, October 65h 2025
IMPORTANT: You must be present both days unless previously agreed upon or you will not qualify to enter in future shows!

HOURS: 11:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.
PLACE: Farnsworth Avenue, Bordentown City, N.J. from Burlington Street to Park Street.
BOOTH SPACE: Space size 12X10 ft.

COST: FREE TO APPLY
$200 per 12 x 10 booth space; payable via credit card or check upon acceptance. Double spaces available. Limited overnight security area available, on a first come basis for an additional $100 per vendor.

Deadline for cancellation and refund: August 31, 2025

Upon entry, you will be notified within two weeks of the jury's decision regarding your acceptance into the festival.

Please note: Past participation in the Cranberry Festival does not guarantee acceptance into this year's event.

We retain the right to place a category on a wait list if we receive an excessive number of submissions for that category.

Upon acceptance into the festival you will be invoiced for your booth fee(s); payable via credit card or check.

IMAGES FOR JURYING:
At least 3 images of your art/product that you intend to display and sell.
1 image of your booth or display (showing work/product)

Images should be representative of your work and booth setup.

ONLY the work shown in your images can be displayed and for sale during the event.

IMAGE FORMAT:
1. Dimensions: minimum 500 pixels wide (largest side)
2. File Format: .jpeg, .pdf

AWARDS:
'Best of the Fest' ribbons awarded in each of the categories, and an overall 'Best of Show' ribbon to be awarded.

Wood, Metal, Jewelry, Leather, Glass, Ceramic, Mixed Media, Art/Photography, Fabric/Fiber, Health/Home, Specialty Food

IMPORTANT: NJ State Sales Tax: In order to comply with N.J. State sales tax laws, all vendors should complete a Business Registration, have or obtain a NJ Sales Tax Certificate (Form CA-1), and collect and submit sales tax on taxable items. If you are not registered with the State of New Jersey and the Division of Taxation, please see the sales tax info above, with links to register with the State of New Jersey, and an FAQ link regarding same.

Cranberry Fest Guidelines:
1) The Cranberry Festival is open only to handmade/produced Arts and Crafts. All work must be original, made by the exhibitor or a member of their team. NO COMMERCIAL or MANUFACTURED products are allowed. No imports, 'buy/sell,' commercial or manufactured items including those made with kits, molds or patterns are permitted in the show, nor any direct service nor marketing companies.
2) NO Sharing your booth space! Only those who applied, accepted and paid should occupy a booth. If we find you sharing a booth, you will both be asked to leave.
3) EVERYONE must break down Saturday afternoon, EXCEPT those that have paid for a secured overnight space. A limited number of overnight spaces are available on a first come, first served basis for $100, in addition to the regular booth fee.
4) Artists/Vendors MUST remain in place until 5:00 PM both days, with booth dismantling beginning promptly at 5:00 P.M. to allow street sweeper access.
5) Display, or be able to produce your NJ Sales Tax Authorization form.
6) No alcoholic beverages.
7) No distribution of printed material unless exhibitor-related.
8) Political campaigning is prohibited.
9) No Solicitation
10) Cancellation of the festival due to inclement weather is at the sole discretion of the Downtown Bordentown Association. NO RAIN DATES or REFUNDS will be given.
