Entering work in this exhibit implies an agreement by the artist with all conditions set forth in this prospectus. We request that artists who wish to participate will respect the public location of the exhibit. The gallery reserves the right not to accept and display artwork that may be offensive, physically harmful to viewers - or - especially fragile. Please refrain from showing art that is potentially controversial, offensive, gruesome, explicit, religious or political in nature.

I know, understand, and accept that the artwork listed on this form will not be insured for loss or damage while on exhibit in this location by the gallery operators or property owner and that my participation is voluntary. The gallery operators and property owner shall be held harmless for damage to personal property or personal injury which may result from my participation in this event.
Insurance for artwork is the responsibility of the artist.
