SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

To apply, please submit the following:

Current resume.
Please download your resume and contact information using the 'My Profile'link. An artist statement is optional.

Digital images.
Using the 'Add Files' tab, please download digital files of up to 6 artworks available for consideration.

For existing artwork: please provide 1 to 3 images per piece.

For proposed work: please provide images of models or concept drawings for each. If only submitting proposed work, provide at least 3 examples of previously completed artwork.

Do not present your work as a collection of images (i.e. in a PowerPoint file or pdf); each image must be a separate JPG file. not to exceed 2MB.

If the sculpture is kinetic or interactive, images may be accompanied by a video file.

Each image file should be named using a LastName_FirstName_01 format, where the numbers directly correspond to an numbered image identification list as described below.

Using 'Add Files', please upload (pdf) a numbered image identification list indicating:
Artist name at top of page followed by a list of all uploaded image files in the order they are presented. Identify each image file by (LastName_FirstName_01) Title

Artwork Information.
Using 'Add Files', please upload (pdf, or doc.) a brief description for each submitted artwork - the following information must be included:

Installation procedure - indicate how the artwork will be stabilized on site. Is it stable by weight alone or does it require an anchoring technique? If so, how will it be secured? Bolting to an onsite concrete slab is currently not an option. Any inground armatures or above ground bases must be provided by the artist.

Installation timeline - artist should indicate how much time will be needed for installation, and whether any special equipment will be used.

Additional information - please feel free to include any additional information you believe would be helpful for the selection committee to know when considering your work.
