Dance Bethesda 2014

Up to six companies will be chosen to perform the piece submitted on their audition video and receive an honorarium of $600.

Dance companies located in Maryland, Virginia and Washington, D.C. are eligible to apply. Dance companies must have been in existence for at least two years. All dance genres are eligible.

In addition, a choreographer may be chosen to present his or her work at the Dance Bethesda Concert. All choreographers who reside in D.C., MD or VA are eligible to apply and are not required to have an established company. Dancers must be at least 18 years old to apply.

Auditioning companies and choreographers must submit a video including one performance piece that is 8-10 minutes in length that they wish to showcase at the concert. There is a nonrefundable entry fee of $15.
