The Kris Kringle Market is a juried vendor event held at the historic Belle Grove Plantation in Middletown, Virginia. Now in its 7th year, the market attracts approximately 5,000 visitors over two days, offering a festive holiday shopping experience. The event features more than 100 artisans and crafters selling a diverse range of handcrafted items, including jewelry, art, woodworking, fiber arts, and gourmet foods. Beyond shopping, the market provides a family-friendly atmosphere with carolers, stories with Kris Kringle, a petting zoo, spiced wine, and self-guided tours of the Manor House.
Event dates: Saturday (10 a.m. - 4 p.m.) & Sunday (10 a.m. - 3 p.m.), November 21 & 22, 2026. Vendors must remain setup during the full time the event is open to the public.
Attendee Ticket Cost: $5/adult for Early Shoppers on Saturday from 10 a.m. - 12 p.m. Free entry all other times. Free parking all day Saturday and Sunday.
- Application fee of $25 for applications received by midnight on April 30, 20026 and $50 for any applications received after that date.
- Prices for vendor spaces are 10ft x 10ft space $150, 10ft x 20ft space $240, 10ft x 30ft space $360, 10ft x 40ft space $480.
- A Temporary Vendor Permit is required for vendors without a Frederick County, VA business license. The permit is $30 (in addition to your booth fee) and can be purchased when you pay for your vendor space(s).
- Costs include BOTH days of the event; we do not offer spaces for only one day.
- Application fees are non-refundable regardless of juried acceptance status and/or cancellation by the vendor.
- Food trucks/trailers should not use this application. Please email [email protected] for available spaces and pricing.
