2011 applications are requested to be submitted online and must include 4 uploaded images of current work and 1 image of the display booth.
PREVIOUS EXHIBITORS
For those who have been former exhibitors at Art on the Creek, the Bella Vista Arts & Crafts Festival, or are current exhibitors in Wishing Spring Gallery, we are only requiring one photo. We do encourage you to upload the requested 3 + 1.
VILLAGE ART CLUB members - be sure to enter your Coupon Code on the 'SUBMIT ENTRY' page before you click on SUBMIT.
If you wish to enter in more than one category, you must complete a second online application including an additional signed agreement form and jury fee.
If artists collaborate on the art pieces, they may apply as one entry.
If two artists share one booth, they each must complete the application process separately. Please tell us that you will be sharing a booth. You will only be required to pay one booth fee for the two of you.

Your images will not be eligible for jurying until your application and payment have been received.
ACCEPTANCE OF INVITATION: Notification of status will be e-mailed within 10 days of submission. An artist who has received an invitation to exhibit is required to accept this offer and mail the booth fees within 5 days of the email acceptance.
50 Exhibitors will be accepted for 2011.
Jurying is based on a close consideration of the 4 images of your work, and 1 image of your display booth. This is a blind jury procedure so it is neccessary that these images carry no identifying signs or photos. It is important that the booth image be an accurate representation of your booth as it might be seen at the show. ALL IMAGES must be formatted to the following specifications in order to be successfully uploaded.
• Dimensions:1920 pixels on the longest side.
• File Format: Save all images as a JPEF-JIFF Compliant file (.jpg or *.jpeg) file. Do not save as a PROGRESSIVE JPG.
• File size: JPG must be under 1 MB If you need a source to resize pictures, you can go to
Picture Resizer. It is very easy and free!
POLICIES OF ART ON THE CREEK
• Work must be original.
• Only one space per exhibitor.
• Exhibitors will be juried for quality and the number of artisans within same category.
• Indoor spaces are approximate in size.
• Outside spaces will easily accommodate a 10'x10' tent.
• Exhibitors are responsible for a neat and decorative booth appearance and clean-up of their area at the end of the show.
• Check-in and set-up will be: Thursday, May 5th from 9am - 8pm
• All vehicles must be removed before 7am on Friday & Saturday.
• All exhibitors are required to remain set-up and not remove any merchandise until after 5pm on Saturday.
• Parking will be available for exhibitors only in a designated area across the street from the show. Exhibitors may not park in lot by Wishing Spring Gallery in order to provide for customer parking.
• No trailers can be accommodated on show premises. They will be parked across the street - or if weather permits, parked on a grassy area by the show.
• Exhibitors are responsible for collecting Arkansas State (6%) and Benton County (1%) sales tax. Per Arkansas requirements, forms & envelopes will be provided to record & pay taxes and show personnel will mail to State.
