Prismaticia: A Queer Art Show

Any instructions not followed will automatically disqualify submission form. Please check your work carefully before submitting.
1. Submission fee is now $15 for 3 pieces. You can submit up to 6 pieces ($30).
2. All artwork must be for sale.
3. 18 years and under is still free, please email for the voucher code. If there is a financial hardship that would prevent you from submitting, please email [email protected].
4. You can submit up to 6 pieces total.
5. Please check all dates to make sure you can participate in the show. You are not required to come to the opening or closing. Please be mindful that drop off and pick up dates are on the weekend to accommodate the availability of the Board as we are not opened during the week. Art must be dropped off in person. We do not accept shipped artwork.


Please ensure your images are labeled EXACTLY like example:
UNDERSCORES BETWEEN NAME, TITLE AND SIZE
Example 1: First and Last Name: Jackson Pollock_Convergence_12 x 12
Example 2: If you go by one name: Banksy_Girl with Balloon_12 x12

IMAGES NOT LABELED CORRECTLY WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY DISQUALIFIED

Price of the artwork. ALL ARTWORK MUST BE FOR SALE. Avondale Arts Alliance retains 30% from the sale of your art. Please be sure your price reflects this. Prices will not be changed after acceptance to show. To ensure that you feel good about the figure listed here, multiply it by .70, which would be your take-home payout after our commission. What is typed on this entry form is exactly what will be printed on your label. Prices cannot be changed after submission.

Please take pictures in good light and STRAIGHT ON. Not on an angle. If it is an overhead shot, make sure it is straight and cropped so we don't see floor or table. Your pictures will be used on the website and social media. These pictures represent your work and buyers need to see a clear picture.
