Artist in Residence 2014

Artspace is inviting artists to apply for a 1 year artist in residency program. Artists will be provided with a private studio available starting in June 2014 and includes free wifi, access to Artspace's kitchen, additional secure storage, and Open Studios membership benefits. This is not a living space. The space has a 14' x 9' plywood-backed sheetrock wall (a second such wall is possible), track lights, slop sink and separate entrance. Residency is $500/month (or equivalent in bartered services). Artists who assist with show change/art installation/gallery sitting in partial or full barter are welcome to apply. Please submit 10 slides of recent work, artist statement, description of
anticipated working hours, plus names of 3 character references by February 28, 2014 using our online submission system.
