AOPR Summer 2026 Membership Exhibition at Lara's Fine Dining

Please read these instructions carefully! Note: You will be able to link back to these instructions as you proceed.

1. Artists may enter up to 3 pieces of artwork. All styles and mediums are welcome. There is no theme.

2. Art must be gallery-ready, either framed or wrapped canvas. All paint and other finishes must be dry and cured. It must have an identifying label with your contact info securely attached to the back of the piece.

3. HANGING HARDWARE: A wire that is strong enough to support the piece should be securely attached to the frame with D-rings or other comparable hardware. Pieces must be no deeper than 3 1/2 inches. The wire should be no more than 3 inches down from the top of the piece. NO SAW-TOOTH HANGERS.

4. DIMENSIONS: When you provide dimensions, please BE SURE to INCLUDE the frame in your measurement (if your piece is framed). ENTER THE WIDTH (horizontal) FIRST THEN THE HEIGHT (vertical). Do not use double quotes to denote inches. Enter dimensions as follows: 24x18 or 12x12.

5. FILE SIZE: Upload file size is set to between 100KB and 5MB. If your file is rejected for size, call for help! (See below for contact info)

6. LABEL INFO (Required): Title, Media, Dimensions and Price/NFS.

If your art is accepted, the information you provide will appear on your exhibit label EXACTLY the way you enter it in EntryThingy. You will NOT BE able to change the price or label after the call is closed.

7. You can edit your entry by coming back to the site as often as you wish until the call is closed.
