Please be advised that Arts Center East retains the right to refuse any work if it is not wired and ready to hang, or if it is inappropriate for the exhibition venue. Work must remain on view for the duration of the exhibition.

Accepted Artists Drop-off: June 12 and 13, 1-4 pm.
All wall-hung work must be properly wired with two loops and professional picture wire. Saw tooth hangers, photo frames with triangular tabs, tape, string, monofilament, other types of wire, or any other materials are not acceptable and will be refused, regardless of advance notification of acceptance. No artwork can be affixed to our walls.

Artwork must be delivered completed and ready to be displayed. Arts Center East can provide some pedestals, but artists are encouraged to bring their own if required.

If you choose to ship your artwork to Arts Center East, please be advised that you are required to send us a paid return shipping label. Arts Center East cannot guarantee your piece will not be damaged during shipping.

Any artwork that is not picked up after 30 days from the exhibition end date will become the property of Arts Center East, with the artist relinquishing all rights to said artwork.
