The artist retains all copyright on their own work.

Media Release: The Alpharetta Arts Center is a public facility which hosts a myriad of community events. Audio, video and images of individuals, artwork and the gallery may be captured at the venue at any time. The resulting images and videos may be used by the City for future promotional and informational purposes in print, on the City website and any other media without compensation.

City of Alpharetta Staff is required to be present at any time the Gallery is open to the public. City of Alpharetta will maintain insurance with respect to its properties to include art installations while engaging in City hosted exhibits or events.

It is recommended that artists carry their own insurance.

WAIVER OF LIABILITY:
I understand, by my signature below, the fees, conditions, and policies provided in this application and agree to abide by them. I assume all responsibility for, and risks and hazards of, participation in the exhibition activities referenced above. I do hereby release Arts Alpharetta, the City of Alpharetta, Commissioners, all officials, officers, supervisors, volunteers, and all other agents of the City, of any and all claims, demands, rights and causes of action of whatever kind and nature, arising from and by reason of, personal injuries, damages to property, and the consequences thereof, resulting from participation in the exhibition activities described above and use of City of Alpharetta facilities.
