Please take note this call is for unsolicited and non-nominated Artists that have not exhibited at Anne and Mark's Art Party previously

PLEASE PROOFREAD YOUR ENTRY:
Click the 'Jurors View' button to double check your entry accuracy before you go to PayPal. Please double check for typos in all your information submitted.

DO NOT cut/paste information into Entrythingy, as it will do weird things and could be illegible. Again, check the 'Juror View' button to see what it looks like.

If you submit a video, be sure to upload a still shot of the video.

Be sure to upload all your images and information BEFORE going to PayPal, as you can not return to add more info once you have submitted your payment.

Your entry is not complete until you have made your payment through PayPal. You will receive a receipt form PayPal when your entry is submitted successfully.

NON-REFUNDABLE ENTRY FEES:
Payment of $35 per entry and $15 for full-time students (please show verification). An entry consists of 5 pieces maximum. Payments are made through PayPal only. Entry fees non- refundable after entry deadline.

PRICING OF YOUR ARTWORK:
Price your artwork to include the percentage taken by Anne and Mark's Art Party (20%), the cost of shipping to AND from the event, framing (if appropriate), sales tax, etc.

INSURANCE AND LIABILITY:
Artwork must be insured by the artist. Anne and Mark's Art Party does not offer insurance.

DESCRIPTION AND ARTIST STATEMENT AREAS:
Use the 'Description' area to give more specific details on how the work is made or displayed (if appropriate).
Use the 'Statement' area to describe your approach and motivations for making your artwork.
The website artists gallery will include a link to the Artist's website for further information.

FILE UPLOADS:
You may submit up to 5 works per entry. You can upload jpg, doc, png, gif, mp3, mov, mp4 with maximum file size of 500mb, but image size should max at 25mb. If you have a complicated work that requires extra uploads, contact us at [email protected] for instructions on how to do that.

With each jpg, you may add up to 3 additional detail shots with 'Upload Detail' button.

If you have a video (or any other supporting documentation on a website - your own or Vimeo, Youtube, a blog, etc) that cannot be uploaded to Entrythingy, use the 'Web LInk' button and paste in the weblink. Make sure to click on 'Juror View' to make sure the URL works properly.

VIDEO:
Enter in .mov or mp4 format up to 500mb or add a weblink (your own or Vimeo, Youtube, a blog, etc) for the Juror's viewing. One file must be used for a STILL SHOT from you video for promotion and catalogue purposes, if accepted. Video Artists must provide all their own equipment (monitors, headphones, cables, etc). Monitors must be wall mounted and include, within the monitor, a DVD player or use SD cards or USB drives. Videos must be looped.

HIGH RESOLUTION JPG IMAGES:
Image Specifications:
Submit JPG images sized approximately X inches wide and Y inches high at 300 dpi resolution. In order to upload successfully, your image must be at least 800 pixels on the longest side. High resolution images are requested for printed publicity of accepted works and the catalogue. Works displayed online will be reduced to web standard resolution.

DIGITAL GALLERY:
Please submit your JPG images sized approximately X inches wide and Y inches high at 300 dpi resolution.
If there is not enough interest, your entry fee will be refunded through PayPal.

Your last name_Your first name_Title of Work

SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS:
The cost of shipping to and from the Art Party is the responsibility of the Artist. A prepaid shipping label must be included with the art for it's return. Shipping instructions will be provided to artists whose work is accepted to the Art Party.

AGREEMENT AND RELEASE:
By submitting this application, the artist confirms they have read and agree to the conditions set forth in this prospectus. Permission is granted to Anne and Mark's Art Party and Art Party SJ LLC to use images of accepted artwork for publicity purposes. One or more may be chosen for the cover design of exhibition invitations. They may also be featured on www.artpartysj.com and other Art Party partners websites. Artists agree to allow reproduction of their digital files and/or photographs taken of their art for educational, publicity and archival purposes. The artist hereby releases and discharges representatives, employees and volunteers of Anne and Mark's Art Party and Art Party SJ LLC from any and all claims occasioned by loss or damages of said work while in possession of the Art Party.
