STEPS TO COMPLETE YOUR APPLICATION
1.Fill your personal and contact information
2. Select and upload your jury images (4 art images and 1 booth image)
3. Select your method of payment (PayPal, Credit Card, Checks)
4. PRINT, SIGN and MAIL your application. (If you are paying by check, all checks MUST be included.)

August 1: Entry Deadline for Fall
Sept 1: Artist notification via email
Sept 21: Deadline to pay booth fee
October 1: No Booth Fee refunded after this date
November 6 & 7, 2021, Saturday & Sunday 10 AM - 4 PM

REGISTRATION AND JURY FEES
Your images will not be eligible for jury consideration until your application and jury fee have been received by the Artists Boutique Committee. Jury fee is $20 and non-refundable. If you wish to jury in more than one category, please submit another application for an additional $10 fee.

JURY IMAGE REQUIREMENTS
You must submit five images 4 images of your artwork and 1 image of your booth as it will appear at the show. Failure to follow the guidelines below may result in images not being viewed.


BOOTH DIMENSIONS ARE 9 FEET WIDE BY 7 FEET DEEP. All display items, artwork & chairs must be within the 9 ft X 7 ft space.

!!!NEW REQUIREMENT!!! DUE TO COVID AND SAFE SPACE PRACTICES, WE ARE REQUIRING 3 SIDES TO YOUR BOOTHS!!!
1. Must be sturdy and not in danger of toppling over.
2. Must fit within your booth space of 7ft x 9ft or 8ft x 8ft for (#27 and #28)
2. Examples of materials: Curtains or other fabric panels, ProPanels, wood, etc.
If your booth is not accurately represented in your jury image and If you cannot get a picture prior to our show, please send an email explaining what your booth will look like, or draw a diagram. The other option is to send this information with your application that is to be printed, signed and mailed.


IMAGE QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Baseline JPEG (.jpg) format (not Progressive JPEG format)
2. sRGB color space for greater color accuracy when viewed
3. No less than 600 x 600 pixels & nor greater than 1920 x 1920 pixels
4. No less than a 300 kb in size & no greater than 2 Mb

Please take note:
- If your art work does not reflect the quality of the jury images, or your booth is not accurately represented in your image, you could be asked to leave the show. Mass produced or kit-built work is NOT acceptable.
- Jury images may be used for publicity purposes
- The jury committee strongly advises artists to have images of professional quality that are clear & sharp

Payment Options:
1. PayPal - click PayPal button and follow instructions. YOU MUST SEND IN A SIGNED COPY OF APPLICATION. At the end of the application process you will be instructed to print the application. Print 2 copies, one for your records and one to mail in to address below. No other payment is needed until acceptance letters are sent out.

2. Non-Paypal - If not paying with Paypal then all fees must be sent in at this time. Checks must be made out to Artists Boutique. Name of the artist must be printed clearly on all checks. If paying by Check, your booth fee & electric fee must also be included at the time of application.
