Artist Statement
My art reflects my fascination with the interplay between shape, color and line. I work primarily with oil pastels, acrylics and pen and ink. Although my style relies on abstract images and symbols, there are also nods to realism in many of my pieces both on paper and canvas. At this stage in my life, I am experiencing a burst of creative energy that I want to share with others.
