Artist Statement

My work explores the relationship between color, movement, emotion, and the natural world. I am drawn to the unpredictability of fluid acrylics and the way colors interact organically, creating forms and patterns that often feel reminiscent of landscapes, water, celestial spaces, and elements found in nature.

I approach each canvas intuitively, allowing the paint to move freely before introducing deliberate details such as texture, metallic accents, geometric elements, or symbolic forms. This balance between spontaneity and intention is central to my process. I am particularly fascinated by contrast—light emerging from darkness, vibrant color against quiet space, and structured details existing within fluid movement.

Rather than creating a fixed narrative, I want my paintings to leave room for personal interpretation. A composition that reminds one viewer of an ocean may appear to another as a distant galaxy, a landscape, or simply an emotional experience expressed through color.

Through my work, I hope to create a moment of connection—between the artwork, the space it inhabits, and the person experiencing it. Each painting is created as an original, one-of-a-kind expression of movement and discovery.
