I grew up in Potomac, Maryland, and now reside in Middletown, Maryland. My inspiration as an artist began at an early age during visits to my Aunt Anneta’s home in Brooklyn, New York—the same house where my mother grew up. Entering her home felt like stepping into another world. Large bronze sculptures of prominent figures filled the space, alongside memorable works in progress that revealed the creative process behind them. Seeing art integrated into everyday life left a lasting impression on me and sparked an early fascination with the power of visual expression.

Those experiences taught me that art can transform spaces, tell stories, and create meaningful connections—ideas that continue to guide my work today. I am drawn to visual storytelling and to the ways art can transform ordinary spaces into meaningful experiences. My work explores the connections between people, place, history, and imagination, creating imagery that invites viewers to pause, reflect, and engage with their surroundings. Working across murals, illustration, graphic design, and mixed-media projects, I combine a painterly aesthetic with strong design principles to create artwork that is both visually compelling and accessible to diverse audiences.

Whether developing a large-scale public mural, an intimate illustration or company brochure I seek to balance beauty, narrative, and purpose. I enjoy researching a subject, exploring ideas, and brainstorming possibilities before pencil ever hits paper. Through vibrant color, expressive imagery, and thoughtful composition, I strive to create artwork that fosters a sense of belonging and shared connection.

My background in technical illustration and graphic design has strengthened my ability to transform complex ideas into clear visual communication while maintaining artistic expression. This combination allows me to manage projects from concept development through final execution, collaborating closely with clients, organizations, and community stakeholders throughout the process.

My goal is to create artwork that leaves a lasting impression—work that is engaging, welcoming, and reflective of the space it inhabits.
