Artist Statement

I am an artist who loves to work quickly and catch the moment I envision. Hence my favorite papers are Hot press and Yupo because of their unique challenges. My themes vary as I age. I teach senior students who want to do what they did not have a chance to do when they were younger. They always amaze and inspire me. I love to paint plein air when I am able. It also requires one to capture the scene with sure strokes.
