Artist Statement

My paintings explore change, identity, relationships, and the ways life shapes us. I work intuitively, trying to quiet my thoughts and let my feelings and instincts take over. Painting is physical and playful for me. I move my whole body, follow the movement of my arms, and let the process unfold without knowing exactly where it will lead. Many of my works become action paintings, capturing the energy, spontaneity, and joy of creating in the moment.
