Artist Statement

I like to work in mixed media, especially in my social justice pieces. Traditional quilting and art techniques along with contemporary themes is a focus of my work. I have an extensive background in fabric and fiber arts (quilting, knitting, embroidery…) as well as fine arts (drawing, painting and 2D art).
