Artist Statement

My work explores the moment when form emerges from the unformed. I use symbolic geometry, repetition, light, and limited color fields to examine connection, structure, memory, and the relationship between the visible and invisible. Rather than illustrating fixed meanings, I build images in which geometric forms evolve into new visual systems. In Birth of Form, indigo becomes both space and matter: luminous spheres appear from darkness, connect, and begin to form a living structure. Visible brushwork remains part of the image as a record of emergence itself.
