Artist Statement

I was always fascinated by art. I spent hours drawing, painting, and experimenting with mixed media as a young child. My father, a skilled cabinet maker created amazing things from wood, inspired me to learn stained glass. At 19, I began studying stained glass and have been hooked ever for over thirty years. I have created custom stained glass pieces including cabinet door inserts, windows, clocks, and decorative items. I especially enjoy pushing the boundaries of glass art by creating three-dimensional pieces.
