Artist Statement

Annette Nina is a photographer whose lifelong passion for capturing the beauty and detail of the world is matched by her dedication to continually refining her craft. She received her first pocket camera at age eleven, beginning a creative journey that has spanned decades—from developing black-and-white and color photographs in traditional darkrooms to creating fine art digital prints today.
Annette lives in the Florida Keys, where inspiration is never far away. At the same time, she sees the entire world as her canvas and is always looking for new scenes, experiences, and stories to capture through photography. Her work is currently displayed at venues in Tavernier, Florida, including the Tassel Building and Our Place in Paradise. As an active member of the Art Guild of the Purple Isles, she enjoys supporting the local arts community.
