Artist Statement

I recently moved to Georgia from Taiwan. I've always had a deep interest in drawing and painting with a variety of media and techniques. After retiring in 2019, I finally picked up a pencil and a paintbrush and began sketching and drawing objects, landscapes, and anything else that caught my eye. Over the past three years, I've focused primarily on Zentangle®, Pastel Nagomi Art, and fashion illustration, while continuing to explore the beauty of watercolor and oil painting. Each of these creative journeys has brought peace and joy to my retirement, and I hope to share that same joy with others.
