Artist Statement

From a simple swirl of pattern in hand-blown glass, from a bike ride on a local path, visiting a floral market to a stroll through the streets of Venice or Paris, these are all inspirations for my watercolors.

Being particularly fond of the art & design of France & Italy, much of my work reflects things that have inspired me during travels to these two countries.

Having shown my work both nationally and internationally in exhibitions in China and Europe and being published in major artist's publications has gained me a place as a leading contemporary watercolor artist.
