Artist Statement

My photography is a study of light, mood, and the quiet moments in nature that often go unnoticed. I’m drawn to the shifting patterns of ocean waves, the stillness of mountain landscapes, and the presence of wildlife in their natural environments. These subjects are shaped not just by place, but by the changing qualities of light and atmosphere.
I’m especially interested in the in-between moments: when clouds move in, when the tide turns, and when the day begins or fades. These transitions hold a subtle energy that reveals itself only with patience and attention.
Through my photography, I aim to create a sense of place that feels both grounded and timeless. This is an invitation to slow down, look more closely, and reconnect with the natural world.
