Artist Statement
I create what makes me happy. I respond to that first touch of paint on canvas which directs me to the next and the next. That connection to the paint leads me on my journey, sometimes in a completely different direction. Trust in the making, the process, that feeling that you and your art are one, cannot be replaced by anything that I know.
