Artist Statement

My work is a multimedia exploration using photographs and video of the diminishing boundaries created by hostile chemical manipulations and the effects on humans, animals,soil,water and the food chain that sustains life.
As climate change interrupts the natural state of our environment and traditional holistic and historic practices disappear, we are left with the burning question..
How do we survive in a world saturated with chemicals?
As a filmmaker and photographer I have turned my lens forward to this question and create rich scenes of decadence that I have intricately styled to reveal the details of a dystopian post-apocalyptic world of genetically modified and chemically spoiled lives.
