Artist Statement

My artistic practice explores the invisible relationship between memory, humanity, nature, and the spiritual dimensions of existence. Through symbolic forms—hands, flowers, shells, water, and birds—I construct visual narratives that invite contemplation rather than fixed answers.

Working primarily in graphite and charcoal, I embrace monochrome to direct attention to light, shadow, and texture. Human figures dissolve into natural elements, transforming familiar objects into metaphors for longing, transformation, and renewal.

My compositions are intentionally open-ended. A hand reaching toward an unseen force, a shell resting in silence, or a flower emerging from darkness may represent vulnerability, resilience, or the search for identity. These images are visual poems that encourage viewers to bring their own experiences into the work.
