Artist Statement

Although I have often created art in black and white with scissors, I also love brilliant color. Working mostly with pastel or watercolor, this time I ventured out of my comfort zone to try water mixable oils for one piece.
With nature my primary inspiration,sometimes "still" nature like rocks inspires me, a fiels of sunflowers or a surprise I found inside an iris!
