Artist Statement

My lifelong love of art has led me to experiment in a variety of media-ceramics, painting and printmaking. Each experience added to my knowledge, and it was tucked away for future reference. Playing with these materials challenges my creativity while stretching my imagination to see what discoveries will unfold.
My current explorations have led me to work with collage and painting. Now I am able to synthesize my experience in printmaking, painting, photography and even the rich. textures of ceramics to create works using varied materials and textures.
