Artist Statement

Artistry is an expressive narrative that profoundly encapsulates the diversity of human journeys and cultural representation. It all starts with thoroughly understanding the story of the separated and abandoned artifacts and their journey towards becoming an interconnected cluster of diverse pieces.

Artifacts, each unique and carrying a fragment of their culture, often start out scattered, isolated, and unappreciated. Much like human beings, endowed with varied identities yet united by shared experiences, these artifacts, initially abandoned by their cultures, seamlessly find a way to coalesce into a striking abstract cluster. The essence lies in their representation of individual cultures while translating the universal human experience of navigating through life.

They are frozen moments in time, each sketching a narrative of it's homeland. However, their journey does not stop at this, as they transcend the boundaries of their culture, embarking on an exploration of unity within diversity.These works together create a unified composition where the artifacts create a new meaning as a collective group rather than the individual parts it’s comprised of. These artifacts are meant to represent the change objects undergo and capture the state of constant motion. The art is just a snapshot of their potential outcome.
