Artist Statement
Siana Smith is a San Francisco Bay Area visual artist whose paintings explore consumerism, emotional attachment, technology, and environmental transformation. Working primarily in oil and mixed media, she examines what she describes as the “human landscape”, a terrain shaped by memory, intimacy, virtual connection, and the ecological consequences of contemporary life.
