Artist Statement

My art practice is a journey through different mediums, including paint,ink, photography, and mosaics using glass & tile. Each piece is a response to the world around me. The use of diverse materials allows me to build a multifaceted portrait of my surroundings, with each medium contributing a different voice to the story. I seek to capture this sense of awe and the unseen, quiet processes of nature in my blue and white paintings, using q white high-contrast ink pen to layer as much intricate detail as possible. Once the pen touches the surface, a certain magic unfolds, transforming the dark background into a vibrant, luminous world.
