Artist Statement

I have been involved in art since childhood. I began drawing and painting as a very young girl. My interests are observing and interpreting many aspects of nature and my environment.

I added printmaking to my repertoire as additional medium in my thirties to generate my images. This interest led to the creation of a printmaking organization in San Antonio. StoneMetal Press was a community press in the Blue Star Art Complex in San Antonio for twenty years.

I have an interest in installation art have created small and gallery sized works
