Artist Statement

Art and creating art has always been my passion. To be able to share my art with the public gives me great joy. When I see a person's eyes light up, when they get to see and handle a piece of my jewelry, it is very gratifying.
A huge amount of satisfaction has come from allowing the customers to choose their own glass bead, and leather...this gives them a lot of satisfaction to be involved in the creation of their own bracelet. They have in fact, created their own little piece of art...that they can wear and share with others!
The glass bead is patented. That's what makes my bracelet unique.
Over the past few years, we have expanded our love of glass towards torch fired enamels. Our line of handmade torch fired enamels is whimsical, consisting of nature and celestial themes. Gemstones and sterling silver components are utilized as well as hypoallergenic metals to create affordable and unusual pieces of jewelry.
We have travelled throughout the tristate area to participate in some wonderful venues such as Winterthur, The Hagley museum, Manayunk, Cape May, Brandywine and as far as Ohio, and Albany NY.
My recent work has expanded into silversmithing. I had the pleasure of taking a class at the Delaware Art Museum last fall. I believe in always expanding my work and finding new ways to channel my creative expression.
