ENTRIES MUST INCLUDE:

REQUIRED IMAGES

? Four (4) Images of works in the one medium category you are entering.
(numbered 1-4)

? One (1) Image must clearly show works of artist displayed in tent. (numbered 5)

? Additional images of each additional medium you will be showing. (starting with #6)


DESCRIPTION

? Provide a brief description of each image of work as they are numbered 1-4 and
? any additional medium images. Describe medium, process used in creating original works and reproductions.


JOINT ENTRIES

? Four (4) images from individual artist's work.
(numbered 1-8)

? One (1) Image must clearly show works of both artists displayed in shared booth. (numbered 9)

? Additional images of each additional medium you will be showing.
(starting with #6)

IF YOU DO NOT INCLUDE A PICTURE OF YOUR BOOTH, YOUR APPLICATION WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED BY THE JURORS.
INDIVIDUAL IMAGES SHOULD NOT EXCEED 8MB.


BOOTH GUIDELINES


? Artists provide their own tents and display equipment.

? Tents must measure 10' x 10' and be of festival quality.

? Tents will be on the street and must be weighted. NO STAKING.

? No exhibitor shall sublet or apportion any part of their space.

? Power is available for an additional fee of $25.00.

? Portable generators are prohibited.

? Security will be provided from set up Saturday to load out Sunday.

? Booth spaces and set-up times will be assigned.

? Art in the Park reserves the right to prohibit any exhibit or restrict any activity or conduct of an exhibitor which is deemed undesirable.

? Art in the Park will not be responsible for the safety of exhibits while in transit or in the exhibition area. Exhibitors assume responsibility for injury or damage to personals items and property within their space.




ARTIST GUIDELINES

? Art work must be originally executed by the applicant.

? Artist must accompany their work and be present throughout
the festival. A substitute is permitted for breaks.

? All works must be for sale.

? Artists must apply in only one medium category. Additional images of
other mediums to be display must be included in application presentation.

? Only works consistent with the quality and mediums presented
in the application presentation may be displayed. No exceptions.

? No dealers or agents, no works from kits or commercial molds,
or items bought for re-sale.

? Reproductions are limited to 40% of booth display, must be clearly marked as reproduction, and displayed in a separate bin from originals.

? Booth exhibitors are responsible for sales tax collection.

? Proof of business license, or DBA, license may be requested.



JOINT ENTRIES

? No more then 2 artists may share a booth.

? Artists must apply jointly and will be juried as a single entry.

? Both artist must submit 4 images of their individual work.
This does not apply to collaborative works.

? Please check ?Joint Entry? and appropriate line on entry.


Fee and Payment

$25 non-refundable entry fee is required. Payments are accepted through PayPal only.


Booth Fees for accepted artist:

$170.00 single 10? x 10? tent area
Electricity available for an additional $25.00 fee

Booth Fees Due : Friday June 15, 2012
Booth location and set up time requests will be honored on a first to pay basis Art in the Park Greenville 2012 will NOT offer credit card sales processing for booth artists.

There is a $35.00 fee for returned checks

Results will be emailed and posted on Website
Friday May 18, 2012

You must complete all of the information in the online form, submit the required images, and complete payment through PayPal for your Art in the Park Greenville 2012 application to be considered complete. Only completed applications will be juried.
